Focused on Clinical Development & Supervision

Welcome to The Ellis Agency! Our vision is simple yet powerful — a world where the response to the mental health of the clinician is proactive, rather than reactive and in response to clinician burnout. By starting early, we can ensure clinicians feel empowered by knowledge, supported by community, and equipped to make a lasting impact on the lives they touch.

Our mission is to provide clinicians with a clear path to and through the clinical supervision process, offering training opportunities, guidance, and support to help set clinicians up for long-term professional and personal success. Preparing to become a clinician goes beyond passing exams, obtaining a license, and checking off required tasks; it's about cultivating the skills, mindset, and resilience needed for a fulfilling career in mental health.

As a mental health agency we understand the journey towards mental health licensure is not just a process; it's a personal exploration and a community-driven endeavor. We're here to guide those involved in the process every step of the way. Our services and resources are geared toward guiding and providing support to clinicians to promote long-term professional and personal success.

Our journey began with a dedication to direct client care. Over the years, we were reminded of how key nurturing and supporting clinicians behind the scenes is for them to provide quality service to the population they serve. So we decided to pivot our services, emphasizing the growth and development of clinicians throughout their careers. Our training programs and services are designed to connect with clinicians as they enter the mental health field to set a solid foundation. But we don’t stop there. Our agency is here to provide guidance, encouragement, and a helping hand to new clinicians AND seasoned, taking a wraparound approach to the experience.
