Focused on Clinician Development & Supervision
Welcome to The Ellis Agency! Our mission is simple yet powerful — improving the mental health outcomes of the community by addressing clinician development and supervision. By providing systemic support, we can ensure clinicians feel empowered by knowledge, supported by the community, and equipped to make a lasting impact on the lives they touch.
We provide training opportunities, guidance, and support to ultimately help set clinicians up for long-term professional and personal success. As a mental health agency, we understand the journey of a clinician as a personal exploration and a community-driven endeavor. We're here to guide supervisors of clinicians to be intentionally involved in the process every step of the way. Our services and resources are geared toward guiding and providing support to clinicians to promote long-term professional and personal success.
Our journey began with a dedication to direct client care. Over the years, we were reminded of how key nurturing and supporting clinicians behind the scenes is for them to provide quality service to the population they serve. So we decided to pivot our services, emphasizing the growth and development of clinicians throughout their careers. Our agency is here to provide guidance, encouragement, and a helping hand to supervisors and organizations, taking a wraparound approach to the experience.
