Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is offered for Counselors-in-Training (CITs) and clinicians eligible to become Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) in the state of Missouri. Supervision focuses on enhancing the knowledge, skill, and attitude of CITs and PLPCs through their experience in the field, all while providing an opportunity for the supervisees to explore and build upon specific growth areas through the guidance of an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor.
In our supervision sessions, we'll cover a spectrum of topics designed to empower you on your professional journey:
Case Conceptualization: Dive deep into client cases, sharpening your clinical reasoning skills by exploring therapeutic interventions, treatment planning, and progress tracking.
Ethical Agility: Address ethical dilemmas head-on, honing your ability to make sound decisions that prioritize client well-being and autonomy.
Self-Reflection: Engage in introspection and self-awareness exercises, fostering personal growth and resilience in the face of professional challenges.
Professional Identity: Define your unique voice and style as a mental health practitioner, embracing authenticity and confidence in your practice.
